Hi! My name is Suzanne Wade and, if I am to be honest, I didn't create Rank & Sugar. Rank & Sugar created me. Or really it helped to recreate me. I have always been an artist and I was formally trained at RISD as a graphic designer. I practiced that for a decade before becoming an interior designer, all the while raising children and being a wife.  I slowly shrunk my voice until it was barely audible. I forgot who I was & what I wanted. Through a series of earth shattering lessons the universe delivered to me in quick succession, I remembered who I was & what I wanted. I found my voice.  As Emerson said "when it is dark enough, you can see stars". My night sky lit up.  I feel blessed to be able to do what I do everyday & shine my light. Rank & Sugar is not just a label. It's connecting humans, honoring soldiers, empowering women, finding a voice, spreading peace. I am honored to create something special for you.
